- Stuttgart, Germany / Guildford, UK, Dec 10, 2020 - Linde (NYSE: LIN; FWB: LIN) and Daimler Truck AG have signed an agreement to jointly develop the next generation of liquid-hydrogen refueling technology for fuel-cell-powered trucks. With their collaboration, the partners aim to make the refueling process with hydrogen as easy and practical as possible.

- Stuttgart / Mühlhausen, Nov 3, 2020 - Daimler Buses is supporting the fight against the Covid-19 virus by providing a COVID-19 testing bus. In the coming months, the S 416 LE business inter-city bus that was converted at the Neu-Ulm site in only four weeks, will be used by the Huber Group Holding SE as a mobile testing station at schools, residential care homes and companies.

(BJEV), a subsidiary of the BAIC Group, have entered into a development partnership, intending to establish 2nd-life energy storage systems in China in the future.

- Stuttgart/Munich, Jul 4, 2019 - The Daimler AG and BMW Group are launching their cooperation on automated driving: representatives from the two companies today signed an agreement for a long-term strategic cooperation, which will focus on joint development of next-generation technologies for driver assistance systems, automated driving on highways and automated parking (all to SAE Level 4).

- Stuttgart, Jul 2, 2019 - Emphasizing safety by design, 11 industry leaders across the automotive and automated driving technology spectrum today published “Safety First for Automated Driving,” (SaFAD), a non-binding organized framework for the development, testing and validation of safe automated passenger vehicles.

- Stuttgart/Eindhoven, Jun 3, 2019 - Working together for more safety in road traffic: In cooperation with HERE Technologies, Tom Tom and the transport authorities in six European countries, Daimler, BMW, Ford and Volvo are testing how information about acutely hazardous situations can be passed on using Car-to-X technology.
