Exactly six weeks before the start of spring in Europe, Mercedes-Benz is launching its automotive springtime with attractive editions of its SL and SLC Roadsters. Customers can choose from the SLC RedArt Edition as well as the SL designo Edition.

The new E-Class, the new SLC and the enhanced SL are available to order now, with deliveries commencing in April. As the world's most forward-looking production car, the E-Class sets new standards. And with prices starting at €45,303.30 , it costs just 1.2 percent more than its predecessor based on a like-for-like equipment comparison. To coincide with its 20-year anniversary, the SLK compact roadster is to be relaunched with a new name – the SLC – as well as significantly optimised technology and an enhanced look.

In March 2016, 20 years on from the birth of its segment, the archetypal compact roadster is to be relaunched with a new name – the SLC – significantly optimised technology and an enhanced look. The name change acknowledges the traditionally close relationship with the C-Class, from which much of the roadster's technology is derived. There are new additions to the model line-up – the sporty top-of-the-line Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 and the entry-level SLC 180.
