- Stuttgart / Madrid / Dortmund, Apr 11, 2019 - With the latest model of its Sprinter City 75 series, Mercedes-Benz has won over the international specialist jury at this year’s Minibus Euro Test in Madrid. On the basis of the new Sprinter generation, a vehicle has been created which not only offers an impressive amount of space and numerous technological highlights but which also demonstrates how modern public transport with minibuses works.

- Stuttgart / Hattenhofen, Jan 22, 2019 - The Sprinter City 75 of the latest generation will soon be put to use in Göppingen and the surrounding area on regular-service bus routes. Rolf Grüb, Sales for Mercedes-Benz Buses, and Max Witzel, Head of Sales for Mercedes-Benz Minibuses, officially handed over the new Mercedes Benz minibuses to Manfred and Carsten Frank, the owners of the Omnibusverkehr-Reisen Frank & Stöckle bus company.

- Stuttgart / Dortmund , Sep 11, 2018 - Four model series, finally totalling over 20 models, one name: Mercedes Benz minibuses. - Stuttgart/Wierschem, Apr 7, 2017 - On 6 March 2017, one of Germany's most well-known and beautiful castles, the Eltz Castle, took delivery of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter City 35 for the specially built minibus route up to the castle. - Stuttgart/Cologne, Dec 2, 2015 - Minibuses start to make financial sense where large buses become unprofitable: for example, in sparsely populated regions, in neighbourhood transport, outside of peak hours in school and commuter transport or in challenging topography and narrow streets, where large vehicles are not manoeuvrable enough or are too wide. For such routes, Regionalverkehr Köln GmbH (RVK) has developed a new transport concept based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter City 65.

- Stuittgart, Apr 16, 2014 - It is on the road in practically every major European city, from London to Bucharest and from Madrid to Helsinki. It carries passengers in Mexico, Japan, Singapore and Abu Dhabi, and even on the French island of La Réunion in the Indian Ocean. If forms the backbone of BRT services in Istanbul, Nancy and Strasbourg, and provides the platform for the world's largest ambulance in Dubai. The Mercedes-Benz Citaro has revolutionised the world of low-floor regular-service buses.

- Stuttgart / Mannheim, Apr 16, 2014 - The No. 1 among regular service buses is now the bestselling Mercedes bus of all time: with a total production of 40,000 units to date, the Mercedes-Benz Citaro has set a new record. The same applies to the minibuses from Mercedes-Benz: they have now exceeded the 20,000 mark.

- Stuttgart/Dortmund, Jan 16, 2009 - The final four of a total of 24 identical Sprinter Transfer 55 models were handed over at the Dortmund minibus plant on 5 December 2008. Dr Ulrich Hesselmann, managing director of Mercedes-Benz Minibus GmbH, handed over the rural-service minibuses to Ulrich Jäger, managing director of Deutsche Bahn Ostwestfalen-Lippe-Bus (OWL). The 24 Mercedes-Benz minibuses, painted in traffic red, will be used predominantly on school-bus routes in North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony over the coming six years.

- Stuttgart, Nov 27, 2008 - On 18 October the workforce at Mercedes-Benz MiniBus GmbH celebrated "10 years of the Mercedes-Benz minibus". EvoBus first entered the minibus segment in 1998, and today the 220 employees of this Dortmund-based company produce around 1200 vehicles annually. This gives the company an approx. 7 percent share of the European bus market for vehicles between 3.5 and 5 t gross vehicle weight. MiniBus GmbH combines line-based series production with the advantages of a high content of craftsmanship.
