A-Class, GLA and S-Class win reader's poll conducted by Auto Bild Allrad: Triple win for Mercedes-Benz

The readers of Auto Bild Allrad have had their say: three Mercedes-Benz models took first place in the reader's poll conducted by this all-wheel-drive magazine. The A-Class won the category "All-wheel-drive cars up to 40,000 euros", the S-Class claimed the category "All-wheel-drive cars over 40,000 euros" and the GLA took first place in the category "ATVs and SUVs from 25,000 to 40,000 euros".

A total of 175 all-wheel-drive models were in the running in ten categories in an online poll which was held from 9 January to 7 February 2014. The awards ceremony took place on 10 April.

All three winning models feature the 4MATIC all-wheel-drive technology, which offers a tailor-made 4x4 drive for every vehicle category. Mercedes-Benz offers all-wheel-drive models ranging from the compact segment and vehicles of the C-, E-, CLS- and S-Class to the comprehensive range of ATVs and SUVs covering the GLA-, GLK-, M-, GL- and G-Class. Features common to all include high reserves of traction and outstanding agility, along with optimum handling safety and energy efficiency. The sporty AMG models employ the performance-oriented AMG 4MATIC all-wheel drive, which provides for added driving dynamics.
