You will need several software programs to work most effectively with the MediaServices site. A zip program opens items that you download from the Download Center.
Some press materials are available in pdf format. You will need Acrobat Reader to read them.
We recommend to view the Media Site a Browser Internet Explorer (Version 6 or higher), Safari 1.2 or Firefox Vers. 1.5
Windows Media Vers. 9 (or higher) or Quicktime is required for viewing videos.
For the Flash-Player we recommend version 8.0 or higher.
If you need these programs, you can download them directly from the Internet. You will find installation instructions on those pages. The programs are available at no charge.
